CID to record statements from errant MPs: Speaker informed.

On the advice of the Attorney, General CID has informed the Speaker that the CID plans to record statements from seven MPs over the incidents at Galle Face & Kollupitiya. The CID has requested the Speaker to direct them to the CID if they are in Parliament today. The Attorney General has told the CID to arrest Johnston Fernando, Sanath Nishantha, Sanjeewa Edirimanne and 22 others if ample evidence is available against them.
