The Court of Appeal directs Johnston to surrender

The Court of Appeal today issued an order directing MP Johnston Fernando to surrender before Colombo Fort Magistrate's Court by 8 pm today. Court of Appeal two-judge-bench bench comprising Justice Sobhitha Rajakaruna and Dhammika Ganepola made this pursuant to a writ petition filed by Johnston Fernando.
