Dullas tells the President: Form an all-party government with a smaller Cabinet

Former Minister Dullas Allahapperuma, in a letter, has suggested to the President that the Prime Minister should resign and pave the way for the President to form an all-party government at least for one year.
In a two-page letter, the former Minister has suggested that a small Cabinet should be in place to overcome the present crisis.
The Minister has commended the President for relying on the young people to assign them greater responsibilities but has said that it could be too late.
