Electricity tariffs to go up from tomorrow

The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) has today granted permission to increase the electricity tariff by nearly 75% from tomorrow, PUCSL Chairman Janaka Rathnayake said. The CEB is yet to provide the public with information relating to the increase in several brackets of usage.
