Finance Secretary tells government heads to curtail public expenditure.

  The Secretary to the Ministry of Finance has written to all ministry secretaries and all heads of government institutions to exercise austerity measures since the Sri Lankan Economy has reached a highly critical juncture. The letter addressed to all Departmental Heads is self-explanatory and appended herewith.
