The Minister of Foreign Affairs today summoned the acting High Commissioner of the Canadian High Commission to express Sri Lanka's displeasure over the decision by the Canadian government to impose sanctions on former Presidents Mahinda Rajapaksa and Gotabaya Rajapaksa
