Gotabaya says all the expenses incurred overseas are borne by him.

Meanwhile, former President Gotabaya Rajapaksa from Bangkok denied media reports that the government paid for his expenses outside Sri Lanka. He said all the expenses were borne by him out of his personal funds. However, the Cabinet spokesman on Monday told reporters that the expenses were paid by the government, including the former President's visit to Bangkok from Singapore.
