India denies the presence of Indian soldiers in Sri Lanka

Indian High Commission in Colombo vehemently denied the despatching of Indian troops to Sri Lanka. The IHC pointed out that blatantly false and completely baseless reports appeared in a section of media that said India was dispatching its soldiers to Sri Lanka. The High Commission also condemns such irresponsible reporting and expects the concerned to desist from spreading rumours.
