Lanka Transformers to be listed in the CSE

Minister of Power Nad Energy has submitted a Cabinet memorandum for the approval of the Cabinet of ministers in a bid to broad-base the share structure of LTL Holdings (Pvt)Ltd.
He also has sought approval to list the shares in the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) to realize capital investment (FDI) of LTL Holdings (Pvt) Ltd from the capital market.
