Pathum Kerner, an activist at the Galle Face Green, has been arrested by the Colombo Crime Division. Kerner, a doctor by profession, is accused of creating unrest among the people. He was taken into custody in connection with the riotous behaviour of the strugglers near the Polduwa intersection on the road leading to the Parliamentary complex.
