Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe held discussions with the visiting IMF delegation on the proposed bail-out programme this morning.Governor Central Bank Nandalal Weerasinghe, Secretary to Ministry of finance Mahinda Siriwardene, and several others participated in the discussion.
