Sri Lanka’s diplomatic skills will be tested this month to secure a change of heart from China, Japan and India over tough debt restructuring talks. It is far from an easy task, admits Foriegn Minister Ali Sabry, since each of these Asian lenders have their respective guidelines to deal with bankrupt countries like Sri Lanka.
