State Minister Priyankara Jayaratne resigns?

Speculation is rife over the resignation of State Minister Priyankara Jayaratne from his state ministerial portfolio because of the growing protests by the people due to the economic hardships they are facing.

He is the second minister to resign, the first being Roshan Ranasinghe.
