Governor of the Central Bank Dr Nandalal Weerasinghe today made a presentation to the Cabinet on the proposed Domestic Debt Optimization process. The governor tabled a 35-page document which explained the whole process of domestic debt optimization.

The Cabinet has approved the proposal presented by President Ranil Wickremesinghe in his capacity as the minister of finance. The document presented has been annexed for the perusal of our readers.
